Sara has an ISSA certification in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Nutrition, and Yoga. She has been a personal trainer for 4 years. When she is not having fun with her son Maddox, she is busy hiking, kayaking, or practicing yoga . She is ready to help you complete your goals today.
